Fees
Treatment fees depend upon the tooth being treated and the type of procedure. Before treatment, you will be informed of the cost of treatment. You will also be informed of your initial consultation and imaging fees.
Patients may provide payment via check, credit card, or through Care Credit. Payment is due at the time of service.
If you have insurance, our office would be happy to submit your claim to your insurance company. Reimbursement from the insurance company, if available, will be mailed directly to you.
